ABOUT VISTARA
After decades of dancing and spinning in NYC club culture, three friends came together to create a trifecta of energy to share. We are a collective focused on movement, emotional release, music, energy & real connection.
Inspired by the global rise of substance-free dance parties, we have a calling to bring it to the suburbs — for all ages, all energies, all humans.
● Substance-Free — A safe space for presence and pure joy.
● All Are Welcome — Judgement-free, inclusive, rooted in love.
● New Neural Pathways — Dance triggers dopamine, serotonin & endorphins.
We inspire the community to move their bodies and connect — in a judgement-free & substance-free space.
UpliftingInclusiveSafe
Neural pathways form when the brain creates new connections between neurons. Dancing creates a uniquely powerful environment — music and movement trigger dopamine, serotonin, and endorphins, reducing stress and improving mood.
